Thank you for the text messages confirming my appointment at 1 PM. I arrived on time and waited an hour to be seen. Apparently there was some mixup with my appointment at the desk, which showed my appointment start time at 1:40 PM. However, when I notify them at 2 o'clock, no one still had called me in the back. I enjoyed the interaction with the doctor. I look forward to working with him in my care. He appears to be very knowledgeable and very experienced, which is what I was looking forHowever, I was disappointed in the scheduling mixup.
