My husband and I saw Dr. Anzalone and her nurse Kacey 2 years ago. We don't go to the doctor often unless we need to. Fast forward 2 years and 30 lbs later from having a baby, and they remembered me and my husband. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful and also remembered me and my husband. The entire staff oggled over our baby and were all so friendly to us. Nurse Kacey was so friendly and easy to talk to. She had me and my husband cracking up laughing and just felt like I was talking to an old friend. Dr. Anzalone was absolutely amazing and friendly. She listened to all of my concerns and explained everything to me in detail. The phlebotomist Alexis was super funny and friendly. I don't like to get my blood drawn, but she did a great job keeping my mind off of it. My x-ray tech was amazing and super friendly. I feel bad I can't remember her name but she was so great!

I arrived at the ER with acute pneumonia and COPD - very very sick! From the time I arrived until I went home 2 days later, I was treated with kindness and respect by a medical team who were efficient and knowledgeable - they did bloodwork, X-rays, CT scan, etc and once I was stable I was given a nice clean room and a team of nurses led by Amanda Dupre, NP. If I could choose a dream-team, they would be my pick. The floor nurse, Allyson, is exactly the kind of person who should be in medicine- she was just outstanding. I was really sick and frightened when I arrived, but they took care of me. CARE. They answered all my questions, took time to listen to my concerns - and checked on me often. Her team of student nurses were great also. They have a great role model! The facility was clean and quiet at night and a good place to heal. The staff was friendly and the food service was attentive to my vegetarian diet. I am changing all of my medical needs to Ochsner because I believe that this is a Health Hospital - not a corporation that services medical needs

I always have good experiences here. Staff are always welcoming and professional. My latest visit was the best because Doctor Carpenter when out of her way to make sure I was able to get a medication I needed.

This hospital felt like home to me ! I felt so loved and heard and seen. Never have I ever been treated so good at a hospital before !!!! I usually never leave reviews but I just had to tell my experience! These ppl work hard all night and all day. Some even going through personal problems but you would never know because you are number one priority when you're at Ocshner!!!

My oncologist and her staff are excellent. She listens, has done what my last oncologist hasn't done. Instead of wondering about my stage of menopause (& not answering my question), she got blood work with a definitive answer. It helped immensely with my concerns, nightmares, questions, etc. ( I'm estrogen positive, so u can see why I was concerned.) Now, I know what needs to be done & what steps are necessary. My new oncologist, Dr Leblanc is awesome, personable, excellent, answers questions, doesn't yell at me (like my last one did). The other doctors I have seen at Oschner have been better than docs at other hospitals,very informed, polite, helpful. The emergency room staff is wonderful also. I'm glad that I've chosen them for my healthcare needs.

My experience with this amazing hospital and staff makes me want to let the ill people of our parishes know -this is the place you want to be sent. Drs nurses Er the staff on 5 th floor was without a doubt the best care anyone could have received in a hospital anywhere. Thank all of you for your kindness warmth knowledge and always willing to go the extra mile to treat me and get me back to my family

Dr. Kimberly Leblanc is the best hematologist and doctor my son has ever had. She is very thorough. She explains his care in language we can understand. She is very caring and goes over and beyond We appreciate her and very grateful to have her.
