my first visit was great i had to go back to get my frames and was greeted by the most rude rep... she was huffing and puffing every time i said something and refused to give me my correct benefits even after having my insurance on the phone... she didn't want to help at all... so i left. i called to complain IT WAS THE OWNER!!! yeah not giving this company anymore of my money.

If she was having a hard time breathing she could have said that. Her body language her attitude was terrible. I work long hours during a pandemic too but I would never treat a client like that. Especially if I owned the business regardless of what was happening with my insurance (which I have) I deserved kindness. My insurance was on the phone. Literally telling you that you are wrong since I know the owner is reading this now. Absolutely no excuse. Even if I was wrong I deserved better treatment. I get it. We all have bad days. But i was having a good day and it was ruined by the poor treatment of the business and i'lll he sure to let people know what happened. :)

Be careful going to this place. Staff and doctor will tell you one thing but when it gets down to it, they mean another thing and you will feel it in your pocket book if you know what I mean.
Per the response per below by the Owner: This is not a misunderstanding about my insurance. With two of us in the office and both of us hearing the same thing, the doctor told us one thing but when questioned about it later he denied ever saying it and it caused problems for all of us. Also after reading some of the other comment on your site, it looks like you all use the words "misunderstanding insurance" a lot. You may want to reevaluate that.
