Dr. Fivgas is a wonderful surgeon. He took the time to answer all my concerns and questions, even when he was extremely busy. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, and has a caring personal approach. The staff here are kind and compassionate, as well. I would most definitely recommend the retina center.

Dr. Fivgas continues to provide excellent care. Understanding the necessity to handle 3 emergencies, my appointment was delayed. As he told me long ago, emergencies come up, but he will always see his patients.

Dr. Fivgas and staff are great. My only complaint is my appointment always takes an hour and a half to two hours to be complete. If you make an appointment, DO NOT schedule anything for a least 2 hours afterwards because you'll miss it.

I did not like Dr. George Fivgas at all. I felt like he was there to get in and out. I was sitting right outside of the rooms where he was with other patients and noticed how he was friendly with them but not with me. Instead of him being compassionate. He wanted to tell me my diabetic recopothy was very bad. Bad and all the things I already know and am doing to get it under control. He also asked me in a scrutinized way have I ever been to the eye doctor before. He doesn't even know me yet it felt like he was judging me and then he expects me to come back in three months? He was just as bad as Dr. Tran. They both have no type of empathy. I felt like rushed. I felt like I'm just another person with diabetes and high blood pressure or just because I'm not a pencil I must not be trying to get my disease under control.

Arrived a bit early and was quickly moved to the exam room. Initial exam was done very efficiently and I was moved to another exam room for pictures of each eye. Went to waiting room and then had more thorough pictures taken on a different machine. Waited for a short while and then saw Dr. The entire exam was less than an hour and thirty minutes. Awesome

Great place to go to. Very nice and friendly staff that works you thru the tests before you see the doctor. Dr. Fivgas is very good at his job and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone having retina issues.

Dr Fivgas is an excellent Retina specialist and is very detailed which is a plus for all of his patients. The only complaint I have is that it takes at least 2 hours plus wait time to have him examine me.

Dr. Fivgas and his staff are a God send. What they did for me in repairing a macular hole in my eye is nothing short of miraculous in my book. It has been a year since my surgery and I now have 20/25 vision. If you are having any type of retina problem I would encourage you to let Dr. Fivgas help you. He's great!
