The worst experience I've ever had in my life. The doctor was very nice. The staff was no help at all. My initial visit was in March. Today I finally received my contact lens. My chart was lost at one point. No one knew how to process the insurance claim. I have received my lens, however I was given the incorrect cleaning solution and I have no plunger to be able to put the contact in. Me or my family will never use this office again.
