Dr Fairley is very nice and thorough. However his MA was very curt. She did my preliminary exam and put drops in my eyes and sat me in a room and left. I had no idea why I was in that room and I waited about 15 minutes before someone called my name. Just so happened to be Dr Fairley. Life is too short to be treated so poorly. Being at a doctors appointment is still customer service and If you hate your job, find another that you're better suited to.

I like Dr. Fairley very much as I feel he is thorough and knowledgeable. I had a retinal tear a few years ago. A repair was attempted but unsuccessful twice in another state. Dr. Fairley takes pictures and shows me so I can see how the condition is doing. He is great. I recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fairley since 2017. Both he and his staff are first rate. On my last visit, Mary his assistant conducted some initial tests, and throughout the process she explained what she was doing, and why. When Dr Fairley came in, he also took the time to answer all of my questions. Not once did I feel hurried, or that my questions weren't important.

The entire staff is very personable as well as professional. They are very concerned about your comfort and are dedicated to giving the best eye care possible. I would be remiss if I did not mention the level of care that his assistant (May not be her correct title), Nette, provides. She is a jewel! If I could have, I would have rated them with a 10 or higher. If you visit Dr. Fairley, you will definitely be thoroughly satisfied...

I mistakenly came an hour early yet they still saw me within 10 to 15 minutes wait. Staff was awesome: friendly, efficient, professional, etc. and actually, I can't recall any other doctor visit health, vision, dental, etc. to match this staff. The only negative comment I have is that it is now May, 2022 and I don't know of any other medical office, hospital, restaurant, business, requiring a mask but The mask mandate in the building was overkill, in my opinion. Other than that, I would certainly recommend.
