I had an eye appointment 01/11/2026 and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. The technician who performed the initial exam was very kind and easy to talk to while we chatted it up about Mardi Gras in New Orleans. The eye doctor was extremely thorough while examining my eyes and took the time to explain everything, keeping a pleasant conversation about my eye health throughout the visit.
The two young ladies who assisted me afterward helped me understand my benefits clearly and made picking out the perfect frames such a smooth process. Overall, I would definitely give them five stars. I was in and out, and the entire visit was efficient and enjoyable.
