I have been using another cell camera company for a few years now and I've always been happy with them but one of my colleagues recommended this company to try out. I grabbed a camera and everything was going really good until I went to change the batteries and it stopped working. Not really sure what happened with it but I let Wise Eye know and they were great. Things like this happen and I understand so it wasn't a big deal but they definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. We tried to troubleshoot it for a while and when that failed they sent me a new camera. Not only did they send me a new camera but they sent me a newer model. I told them that if they're able to fix the old one to let me know and I will definitely buy it back. This company is great. Customer service is huge especially in the hunting space and they made sure to set that bar high. Derek is the one that helped me and I really appreciate him. He was patient and handled everything very well. I will definitely recommend this company and continue to use them
