My wife and I have been going to Louisiana Eye Care for the past 12 plus years. We have always received great care and service from the doctors and associates, without complaint. Using the latest technology, our exams are quick, yet thorough. There is a nice selection of frames to choose from and they honor their warranty. The new location is fantastic, as the parking situation is NICE! We would not go anywhere else!

My eyes were bothering me and they were puffy and red. Dr. Amy wasn't available. They worked me in the very next day with Dr. Jeff. Wow he and the clinic's staff was great. In and out in less than 30 minutes. The new facilities are great. More room and plenty of parking. I highly recommend Louisiana Family Eyecare.

My experience was absolutely great! I am a returning client and have been for the past two years, the staff is professional and helpful and Dr.Jeff is great at what he does! They do not stop until the job is done. I have a rare eye disease called keratoconus and the treatment process can be complex, but Louisiana Family Eyecare does a great job with providing treatment and I am thankful and grateful for their services.

LFE is great! Dr. Amy always takes her time working all the options to give you the best vision possible. Her optician team is also awesome. Shelby did great fitting my son's glasses and mine.

Worked with Dawn on new glasses prescription. She was knowledgeable, kind and truly responsive to my needs. She shared her Vison experience and partnered with me to make sure I was completely educated for best possible frame selection & vision outcomes. Dr Amy is amazing! I trust my eyes with no one else. She is so caring and thorough that I never have to worry about something being missed. I am on medication's that can damage my eyes. She monitors me every year and educate me on things that I should be looking out for. Things my doctor doesn't even have In depth education on. Thank you, Dr. Amy for staying on top of the latest insights so I don't have to!

UPDATE! A MONTH later (since writing this review) and my husband still don't have his glasses! This place is so unorganized and horrible! Complete waste of time and money and they don't care about their patients! I had to get my first pair of glasses last year. The lady helped me pick a pair and when they came in they literally were falling off my face. She told me that's how they fit! I spent over $600 for these glasses and lenses put in my sunglasses. Fast forward to a year later, I had my warranty replacement lenses put in. I called to let them know I think the wrong prescription was put in. They assured me it wasn't possible and made me get another exam. Guess what! Wrong lenses were put in!! They told me they would fix it which they did, I arrived to pick them up and the lenses were cracked or had something on them. You could CLEARLY see it! They again tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and also informed me my glasses were too big for my face because I bought an "extended pair" whatever that is! Would have been nice to know when the lady was helping me measure my face and pick! It's been months and I'm still without glasses. Also, My husband was told his would be in Monday at the latest. It's now Thursday and no updates! I will NEVER go to this place again and I will make sure everyone knows not to use them. Word of advice.. listen to your patients!!!
