Dr Thai is very thorough and gets my prescription perfect every time. I've been going to this doctor since he first opened his practice and I'm not going anywhere else. The staff is even amazing, helpful and dedicated.

I just wanna say these folks are wonderful! They really took the time to help me figure out contact lenses. When dealing with my contacts I felt like a bear trying to handle a toothpick at first, but I'm getting better with it each day and they had wonderful patience with me!! Thank you!!

Dr. Bui at Premier Eye Care is outstanding. She's not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, with a calm and reassuring bedside manner. I fully trust her and her team with all aspects of eye and vision care. From routine exams to more complex concerns, I know my family is in excellent hands. I can't recommend her and her clinic highly enough!

I've been cared for by Dr. Bui and her staff for about 10 years now. She has a great way of explaining things and always listens to my concerns. The whole team is friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They have a huge selection of frames, and I've always found a pair that works for me. Waited a whole year for a new exam and today they tell me a retinal exam with their new machine is required which my insurance do not cover. I asked for a regular exam and was told no I have to do the new machine. I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone will give you a call instead of the manager coming to talk to me. I have never had this issue before and hit blows me. Now I'm out looking for for a new eye doctor.

Went in for an eye exam and a pair of glass. Customer service experience: Great, walked around and see that there's are quite a selection to choose from, ranging from $ to $$$$. People are friendly (to me). Glasses: I did not go for any option to upgrade higher quality glasses. So, Right now the lens are quite scratched with less than a year on me. Which, for the record, did not effect/worsen the rating of this review. I just recommending people upgrading to the next tier of lens material Prescription: -Left eye: Correct from the Get-go. No complaint -Right eye: Way off the first time. Went back to adjust. Still slightly off. I have already went back to adjust so I am still not having good vision. Especially when compared to my old tinted glasses. I can see better through my old set of lens. This in effect made my eye quite uncomfortable looking at far away object like billboards, road signs at distance.

Really great place to get your eye exam. Dr. Bui has an amazing staff and she takes the time out to explain any concerns you may have about your eye health. Great quality service and I highly recommend Premiere eye care to anyone who is looking for an exceptional optometrist.

I have been going here for years along with my daughters. EVERYONE is always welcoming, your appointment time is your appointment time, and the service you will receive is phenomenal!
