I decided to stop by Myeyedr to see if anyone could help repair my glasses. The associates were so friendly and kind. One lady couldn't get it for me but they asked the manager Roberta to come assist them and she did it . She fixed my old glasses that I had for years. I offered to pay her and she said no sir that's not necessary. It's so great to know they still have people that just want to help people. I highly recommend this office for any eye care needs you may have .

This time around was no different, in fact I was even more impressed with Kelly and her taking the time to give me the best possible pricing for my contacts and glasses. We had a wonderful experience picking up my child's glasses. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made the visit easy and comfortable for my child. They took the time to ensure the glasses fit properly and explained everything in a way that was reassuring and kid-friendly. The appointment was smooth, efficient, and very professional. It was my first time to a Myeyedr location and I was happy to experience a detail-oriented level of customer service. I just went in to get my glasses adjusted but along with the adjustment, Roberta offered to also replace my nose pads so my glasses would look like new! You don't see customer service like that anywhere today. She was so dedicated in assisting me with all the best options for my needs. I will definitely be back to this location and will share the positive experience with all my friends!

I have never been to Myeyedr before and my glasses broke. I always see this Minnie Jeep in front of the Myeyedr on Clearview Pkwy and decided to stop in to see if they did repairs. Well not only did the nice lady Ms Minnie that owned the jeep fix my glasses for free she gave my little girl a Minnie duck ! You just don't see that level of kindness anymore! My family definitely found our new Eye Dr.

I've had 4 occasions to use MyEyeDr Elmwood and have been absolutely thrilled with their service, products and delivery. General Manager Roberta is an all-star, and manages a friendly, capable and efficient team. Absolute 5-star location.

Had my first visit today, everyone was so nice and helpful! From walking in, to my eye exam, to picking frames- every part of this visit was amazing. So glad I decided to become a patient here.

I have been a patient fof Dr Hood for years. This was my first visit since she moved to My Eye Doctor. I am a loyal patient of Dr Hood and she feels more like a family member than my eye doctor. The staff, including Kelly, Kathy and the front desk lady (I believe Roberta ) were all professional and friendly. Something that's rare in today's world. Congratulations on hiring professionals. I have to specifically focus on Kelly. She took her time with me and was more helpful than anyone could expect.
