I had a great experience here today with the Nurse Jennifer I think and Dr McGhee was EXCELLENT with my son (3) She displayed a great profound professionalism and is very knowledgable on her specialty. We will be back!

Joanne was very knowledgeable, skilled, and really cares about getting things right, which is important when making lenses, especially w my strong distance prescription, lot of astigmatism, and fairly strong reading prescription (I got progressives). She knew the type of frames that would work well for my situation and found an excellent one that just felt right, looked right, looked good. Also, she is very patient, as I am a perfectionist:) and she is lots of fun, I've gotta say, we had a good time. Picked up the new glasses today and they are excellent in all respects. I learned a good bit from my time there with Joanne, things that will help ensure I obtain the best vision possible in the future. So yeah, if you get a chance to work with her, you'll be fortunate!

Roxie was a big help. She asked me what I needed in my style of frames and guided me through what frames were a better fit for my face. She was patient and courteous throughout my consultation and I ended up with that I love. Andy was also great and helped with out with adjusting my eyeglasses when I went to pick them up. Great service all round. I would recommend them.

Very nice vision center. It's not huge, but very clean and well stocked. Everyone is personable and professional. Mary was awesome to work with! She took care of my Mom throughout the entire process (selection, fitting, and purchase). Thanks Mary, you rock!!

I visited Ochsner 's Eye Center, and it was a very pleasant experience. Jessica was very attentive to my needs. She assisted me in choosing my glasses, she was such a pleasure to work with. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely refer Ochsner Eye Center to my friends and relatives. Thank you Jessica

Jasmine, maybe return some phone calls. I called 3 times in 2 weeks. Not 1 person called me back. I was told by 3 people someone would call me to schedule an appointment. No one did.

This place has the longest wait time. If you come here be prepared to wait in the back for over hour plus. You go from one waiting area to another. Why book people to have them sit for hours. I was the first person in the evening, and still had to wait for over an hour. My appointment time was for 1pm, and it's after 2pm still here. This is not my first eye test and never has it taken this long. They should tell you you need to take off work for this. Now they say someone has to have a procedure done. I bet you one thing the morning people where out to lunch on time.

Worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. And I could even get to the eye doctor! They kept telling me I was uninsured despite me have my vision insurance telling them I am actively insured for vision. Big waste of time and the lady was very rude and smug. As if her or the system is never wrong. (I've had coworkers under the same vision plan go here without issues)
