I recently had an appointment at Desai Eye Clinic with Dr. Anu Gupta Desai, MD, and my experience was truly excellent from beginning to end. I needed an ophthalmology evaluation before continuing a medication known to potentially affect eye health, so timing was important. The office staff was incredibly accommodating and worked me into the schedule within three days of my call. Even as a work-in appointment, my wait time was minimal, and the entire visit was organized and efficient. The clinical team completed all preliminary testing smoothly and professionally, and the process moved at a comfortable pace without ever feeling rushed. Everything felt well coordinated, which made what could have been a stressful appointment very easy to navigate. Dr. Desai stands out not only for her clinical knowledge but also for her bedside manner. She took the time to clearly explain the possible ocular effects related to my medication, why consistent monitoring is important, and what to expect moving forward. My first visit was excellent. All of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. My first visit with Dr. Keating was phenomenal. He explained in detail all of the options I could consider for my upcoming cataract surgery. He patiently answered all of my questions about the options and then discussed the future visits. I am now anxiously awaiting my next visit and surgery in February! A very pleasant experience.

This was my first experience with this clinic. Check in was stressful. I am elderly, and technically challenged. Everything was done on a tablet. Thankfully my daughter was there to assist. If not, i would still be filling out answers. Staff was not that gracious in greeting a first time patient. The young lady I dealt with in the back was very friendly, and helpful, and very efficient. It was not my first time seeing Dr. Keating, and of course visiting him was fine. I was in the office for 2 and a half hours, which I thought was a little excessive.

Everyone from the front desk, the tech, and to Dr. Desai were all amazing. I was in and out very fast for a new patient. Dr. Desai is the 4th ophthalmologist that I have been to since moving to Lafayette in 2021. I did not return to the other 3, but I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Desai for next year. She was so professional, but also personable. I felt like I was very well taken care of. I so grateful that I finally found an ophthalmologist that I feel like I can trust!

This was my first visit with Dr. Keating. He came highly recommended and lived up to my expectations. Bailey gave me my eye exam and she was very professional as well as pleasant. They both get five stars.

Bailey was very exceptional in explaining what testing she would perform and very patient. Answered all questions! Gracie set up next year appointment and smiled the whole time I was in her presence. Dr Patrick Keating has earned his new opportunity to work and become a part of this eye care center. I envision a tremendous growth in this practice as a direct result of him.
