I needed a quick appointment after multiple attempts at making appointments at different store. I walked in and the ladies at the front was able to get me a same day appointment. Doc Thom was the most personable eye doctor I've ever had. She was through and talked me through the whole exam. The staff that helped me pick my glasses was also very nice. The young lady was so kind and even told me I looked good in my new specs. You can tell the team here must like there job be sure they all where happy and helpful. I also got my new pair of glasses and contacts with in the hour.

Needed an appointment fast; scheduled for the next morning. Staff was friendly and efficient, my wait was minimal the tech and doctor were both friendly and took their time to explain my needs and concerns. Picking out glasses with Gabby was a breeze she was so excited to help, provided all my pricing and insurance payments upfront to help me make the best informed decision for my budget and interest. Not to mention my glasses were completed in the frames I wanted in under and hour!! Great experience and no complaints!

First time I've ever come here and it was such a lovely experience! Everyone there was so kind to me, and explained everything we did for the exam as we went which was very reassuring. Dr. Dinh Thom, her assistant, and everyone at reception were always very warm and friendly. After I got my prescription I was able to go right into the next area to get a pair of glasses. When I felt indecisive or unsure, the helpers in that appointment helped me find glasses that suited me best. I was able to get my prescription updated and have my new glasses ordered all on the same day! Will highly recommend this place to my glasses-wearing friends.

I love Eyewear Express particularly the one that I go to by the big target on I think Ambassador Caffrey. But the doctor didn't take such good care of my eyes and really cares. Everybody's so good perfect and friendly and I love to be able to leave with my glasses then you know anyway I love them

The eye Dr here is always amazing she takes her time and explains so you can understand. The people that do the eye machine test are very friendly. The front office lady is not the friendliest but that may just be her personality. She never smiles and just seems mad all the time. But overall this place is Great.

Dr Dinh was amazing! Wait wasn't long at all! Her staff was also very good except for one member. She wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. Bring a first time visitor you never want to feel rushed and with her I felt very rushed and I also sensed an attitude that could very well not have been with me but it was taken that way. Overall my experience was great and I would return.

I woke up determined that I was tired of having headaches. My husband referred them to me so I called. In less than a half of the day I had an appointment,eye exam and brand new glasses I didn't know I needed. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and the optometrist walked into the exam room and talked to me like she had known me my whole life. Miranda helped me find the right glasses for my face and in 22 minutes I had my glasses. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for making me feel comfortable and confident

We had an awesome experience here. Everyone with friendly and helpful. They made my mom feel comfortable and confident with her choice of frames and she walked out of there with 2 pairs of glasses in less than two hours. I Highly recommend them over America's Best for sure.
