I love the dr and most of the staff. But OMG can they learn how to schedule appts instead of just dumping everyone at the same time. It took me a freaking month to get my appt set. I showed up 30 minutes early. The 1st waiting area was packed. Not an empty chair. I asked how many were ahead of me and I was told 10. TEN!!!!! That's ridiculous.
