Eye Care Surgical Associates

I live in Marksville and I'm a full time Minister. These were some of the rudest people. My experience was terrible. The people at the front desk were very abrasive. After screaming at we/guests to social distance and pull up masks. Then refusing to answer our questions. I informed them that I would never be back. To which the other guests in the waiting area said AMEN! Then my prescription was completely messed up and had to be re-written. I forgive them. But will never use these people again due to the horrible attitudes from the front desk workers.

Absolutely horrible. My Mom paid out of pocket for an exam on top of them charging her insurances a total of $500 for this exam. Then she paid for 6 months of contacts-to which she never received! They keep changing their story week after week. Now, FOUR months later, still no contacts, & they're saying the contacts were picked up-which my Mom has had no one to go get them because I've been working an hour away. She can't get glasses either because they never filed her insurance right, therefore they didn't pay for her glasses. Had the employees did their jobs right, filed with insurance properly, my Mom-who is on a very limited income-would have here contacts and glasses. She still hasn't gotten anything. Very very unhappy.

My daughter got glasses and was given the wrong pair then told her she had to wait until 2 weeks to get a new pair but would not be able to get the ones she ordered corrected

I work in Pineville at a daycare it is hard to get off a day but I managed to get an appointment and my boss let me run from Pineville to Marksville to pick up my glasses I get to Marksville just to realize they are closed but the website says they're open till 4. I am totally finding a new place for my eyes

When I call I like to see how many times I'll be placed on hold so I can hear their snazzy hold music.

Miss the lady that did the eye glass part, she was very nice and help with the fitting of glasses .

I have used them since I moved to louisiana. They are very friendly and get the job done!
