LensCrafters

Attached are photos of my 2 month old glasses that no longer stay on my face because they are loose and distorted and the expensive anti-glare coating is already scratched to hell despite only using a dedicated microfiber for it. I had another pair of transition RayBans that also had the coatings disintegrate but I assumed it was the transition coatings - it is now evident LensCrafters just has a shoddy supplier for these coatings. I actually had to take that pair of Transition RayBan sunglasses in twice for coatings replacements because it kept flaking off. Worst - I ordered and was told I was getting a proper blue-light blocking coating on these glasses. THIS IS A LIE. And when I challenged the sales rep on this later he acted like this blue-light filter coating does not exist. To be clear LensCrafters DOES NOT offer Blue Shield Coating (look it up) which is a true blue light filter coating. This coating reflects and thus BLOCKS high frequency blue light while maintaining clear, non-yellow lenses. This results in a particular blue light reflection in your lenses, but the lenses themselves are clear. They only offer anti-glare costing which doesn't truly block blue light from electronics, just reduces it, and they try to market this as the same thing. It's not. And if you challenge them they insist this product does not exist - IT DOES. Most other lens retailers offer it, LensCrafters does not but they will certainly lie and claim they do. I also ordered anti-smudge and anti-fog coatings which were not ultimately included - I got to enjoy almost falling off a foggy mountain 2 weeks ago. Of course they have no interest in remedying this despite these glasses being total garbage. I made a mistake coming back here, expecting the same service I used to get back in 2016 when I was in college. Not what it used to be. I'm going to my brother's Optometrist TODAY and hopefully get a pair of glasses correctly ordered out of pocket. What a waste of money.

I'm sure all the employees are great but the best great for me was Brittaney [SP]. She is very professional and takes the time to help you get exactly what you are wanting in eyeglasses. She is very knowledgeable of the insurance(s) and how to apply them for best buy and experience. She helped me with my contacts last year so I knew when I came back for glasses, Ms. B would be the person I would seek out! She's good!

Steven was the absolute BEST. he went out of his way to help find the exact pair of shades that i need. he gave great suggestions, gave me time to make my decision with no pressure, and gave so much helpful insight to help me make my purchase. i love my new Versace shades & i will definitely be back to purchase my next pair with Steven! thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I did not get my eye exam done by them, but went to them for glasses and had Chi as our Optician, and when I say the BEST I really mean the absolute best. She was knowledgeable, honest (especially when it came to picking frames), friendly, patient just hands down amazing. I never felt rushed, or pressured to pick a pair and hurry so she could help another customer. Genuinely a great experience. If you need glasses go here ask for Chi, you wont be disappointed.

Mrs. Kim she is such a nice person to have when it comes to your eyes. I visit the store in the mall just making along drive from Alabama. Ms. Kim went out her way to help with my glasses. My glasses had a screw loose, my left lens had a loose screw. My ear wire was broken and my nose piece was missing. She re built my glasses. I was able to wear my glasses and get back on the road with a new pair of glasses. She made my day and a safer clear pair of glasses. She's the best. Great experience Mrs. Kim experience and kindness was great appreciated and Customer service given a A+.
