20/20. The one in Monroe didn't do nothing for me The one in Bastrop did that job it's the same store the same name, but there are some good people bastrop that will take care of you. This one in my room didn't do nothing. There are new people there. They don't respect you so I choose the one in bastrop

Today we ( me and my daughter ) the staff was rude. One stated my insurance wasn't accepted even though it was discussed prior to making the appointment. Two ladies were pleasant but the others not so much. Neither of us know what our scripts are currently because we weren't informed. When looking for glasses, not one person offered to help. Nor did they answer any questions regarding which frames were best for bifocals. Was measured to be informed by one it would work and by the other that it didn't matter if it took up the entire frame because my prescription wasn't that strong. All in all 2 exams took less than 20 minutes althoughwe have no idea what our vision is. The rest of the time we searched on our own for glasses with no help. And I, eventually walked out with no glasses.

My husband and I both go there been going for years. Everyone has always been friendly. Never a problem with our eye glasses or contacts. Dr Bateman even came out to help my husband with his frames and actually took a money off our bill.

Well here we are again. I don't know how they can make the lens so fast but I called both insurance and store then when I arrived they said that I cannot pick frames without an appointment... So next day I call then they tell me they cannot take me since I was not an established customer...... I went there last year. It's been like this everywhere. I have the prescription but no one will see me for frames. I literally called every eye place in Monroe and nothing. Sad

The old female employees were very rude in person and when talking to them over the phone about my estimate time for glasses. They laterally gave me an attitude for no reason whatsoever since I wanted to know if they were going to be ready before July 4th, so I could plan ahead of time. I would not recommend coming here even if you need an emergency check up or something. I would recommend you to avoid this place at all cost !!

I really heard great things about this place and wanted to transfer here but on 2/14 I had an apportionment and when I got there I was told the doctor who worked today does not accept my insurance; however, on 2/13 I received a called to confirm my appointment and was reminded to bring my United Health Card. I was asked what will be a good day for another appointment I told them next Tuesday which would be 2/21 so I called before my appointment to confirm with them and was told I did not have an appointment today. That I had to do a walk in with 6 people already in front of me not including the appointments. I expected so much more from this place but I will not be coming back.

Very unprofessional & rude to patients. The lady at the front desk Frances unprofess& wasn't helpful at all when running my insurance info & as acted as if she was not trying to help me at all & simply telling me to have a good day

My daughters and I were new patients and seen together. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The doctor was wonderful. We received our glasses and contacts the same day at a low cost. We are so glad we made the choice to come.
