I had a great experience at Target Optical! Alechia, Tristen, and Felicia were incredibly kind and patient, even though they were very busy with end-of-year insurance rush. I was stressed with my fussy baby, and they went above and beyond to help. Their customer service truly made the visit a positive one. Their professionalism, teamwork, and compassion truly made the experience positive for me, especially on a hectic day. You can tell they did all the behind the scene work because seeing Dr. Bakowski took like 5 minutes, he just verified everything.

Beyond fast, pleasant, extraordinarily helpful and well priced! Went in without insurance and was taken care of and out in less than 45 mins! They were also very helpful with learning how to use my contacts! Couldn't have gone better!

Never go here. They will charge you unnecessarily for retinal exam - if you have any chronic disease this will help but not much. They will charge $39 for retinal image which is purely unnecessary and burden - so we are paying for eye exam from insurance and $39 for retinal imaging every time we visit. Don't fall into this trap. Worst part is they never give an invoice for the retinal exam because this is totally unacceptable and unethical. Wish someone puts up this case in small courts.

In 7 years of having the insurance I have. I have never been charged a co pay until now. I was not told in advance that a test they do on y our eyes cost 40 dollars . I feel ambushed as well as it takes 2 weeks to get the glasses. I'll never use them again

My eye exam was great! Dr. Bakowski was nice and friendly. Best decision made to go and see them. The technical the woman she was great friendly, awesome customer service. I will definitely visit again. The only thing I can recommend is when checking out a person ensure you are providing listening skills and paying close attention. I asked to be supplied with 2 boxes of contacts and was charged for 8. Other than that mishap. Great experience
