This is where I've been a patient for years. My children and I, and we love Dr. Scoggin. However, the newer lady at the eyeglass pick up, is rude. I've always loved Mrs. Linda and the one that retired. I simply asked could my glasses be adjusted. I got questioned if I bought them from there! Of course I did!!! All she had to do was look them up!!!! Then she didn't even adjust them! Then I asked for my PD, and she said we don't do that! I said yes you all do! This is the 1st year I took my prescription elsewhere! She wasn't getting any commission from me!

Called to tell me my glasses were ready, I told them I work out of town so it would be close to 4:30 before I could pick them up, which is fine since they close at 5, except they left the office at 4. When I called to confirm I got an answering service saying no one was there, very disappointing!!!
