The doctor at this location is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Best eye exam I've ever had! The optical staff are all very very nice. I had my eye exam on a Monday and my glasses were ready by Friday!

My mom purchased a pair of glasses in February from them and took them back several times telling them that the handle was loose. They never took her serious. One time they claimed they tightened them for her but they were still loose. Fast forward to July and she was in the kitchen cooking when the handle broke. They fell off her face. She took them back asking for an exchange or to fix them. They told her she had to purchase a new pair. Well her insurance will not pay for another pair until February. She is on fixed income and cannot afford another pair. She asked them to exchange them for her and they refused. We called corporate and they said someone will call her back and never called back. I also did a complaint with the better business bureau.

I came into the Walmart Vision Center(Monroe ,La) today with a broken pair of glasses. My day had been Very Traumatic,"to say the least". I was just hoping that they would have a frame that would fit my glasses. I had just went through an emotional issue with one of my family members. Out of nowhere my emotions came out and i started crying. Not only did Brittney and Joyce console me.( I hope i got their names right). Joyce Prayed for me. I've always believe that God puts you with the right people at the right time, during difficult times. It was just what i needed! I Thanked them and asked her how much i owed and she said nothing, They were still under warranty. I wanted to let someone know these Precious Ladies went beyond their duties as employees of the Walmart Vision Center. Thank You for your kindness and help you bless my with .That's why i buy my glasses here. Richard

I have tried to get glass on 2 different weekends and on a Friday afternoon and the vision center is closed! With no explanation! And you can't seem to find out Why they are not open!
