The secretary or whoever is answering calls has the worst attitude. She should not be in a patient-facing role. I simply wanted my glasses prescription sent to me because I moved out of state and my glasses broke. Apparently their "email doesn't work" and they can't read my prescription over the phone because it's "confidential information". I have had much more critical medical information provided to me via phone with a simple name and date of birth provided.

We have been going here for a couple years and never had a problem until today!! Called to make appts for my twins and she was very rude and short.... They just lost a family of 6 as customers!! Businesses are only as good as the employees.... Truly sad
