Last time I went (about 2 years ago), the staff made jokes about how high my prescription was. I swore I would never go back after being embarrassed at how bad my vision is...but I now desperately need a check-up, so out of convenience I went against my better judgment to try to schedule here again. This time I was left on hold for 15 minutes then the lady was very rude to me on the phone. Dr. Craddock treated me for years when I was younger and he was fantastic, but the support staff should in no way treat patients like that. From someone who works in healthcare, I'd be ashamed if I spoke to a patient that way. Do better.

My experience was ok but I feel it's a patient right to receive their PD part of their prescription.. My insurance pays for this and I should be entitled.. I ordered sunglasses from y'all and paid cash and I'm told that I can't get my PD. That's an insult
