HORRIBLE service. If you have children please do not send them here. They are extremely rude and ugly towards kids. I honestly don't even know why they see children with the way they treat them as if children are an inconvenience to them. Wait times are ridiculous, be prepared to sit for hours and wait weeks to months for your glasses. They do not provide cases with none of their glasses. You get them handed to you directly(glasses in hand). You're lucky if you even get to have them adjusted. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My daughter was denied her replacement pair she picked which is covered by her insurance. I had to go elsewhere to get her glasses because school is around the corner and she cannot start school without her glasses. She picked out a kids big lense pair because that's what she likes and the lady told her they were too big. If it fit her face why does it matter how big the lenses are? If that's what she likes, that's what she likes. She's the one who has to wear them not y'all. And her insurance covered her replacement so what's the problem?Needless to say we went get that same pair from Walmart. Got seen instantly, professionally, treated with compassion and kindness. And it's never a long wait for your glasses there. AND they adjust them before you leave with them. Plus you receive a case with every pair, lense cleaner, clothe and wipes on the go for your glasses. Don't waste y'all time here. You'll sadly be disappointed one way or another. There's better places in new iberia to spend your money for eyewear.

Thanks for the services I received from all your workers. It really shows how professional you guys are in delivering services. The only difficulty I encountered was the issue with my insurance but I will sort that out soon and give feedback. However dr Patrick I still believe my reading glasses is good for now and I will not be needing any new one and in fact I currently use two: one for reading and one for walking and sightseeing.

I was really impressed on how the workers did their job . Because this was my first time there and everyone was pleasant with me. I would like to thank the doctor for the information he gave me and was honest about what was going on with me and the information he gave me to read.

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with not only my eye exam, but the quality and care I received on the Optical side when ordering my glasses was top tier. The technicians were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. When I received my glasses, they fit beautifully. I will be visiting soon to get a spare pair. Thank you !

My experience at Mr Grangers office was pleasant. I was seen to in a timely manner and his staff was nothing but a pleasure to be around. All of my eye care needs will be taken care of by Iberia Comprehensive Vision Center.........

I've been with Dr. Granger for some years now and every visit has been exceptional. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Granger educates and teaches as my visit goes. He's patient and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't trade him for the world!
