I can not thank Dr. Guidry & her staff enough (especially Theresa) on getting my little boy scheduled for a visit so quickly. After being told he was diagnosed with pink eye and days later no relief. I wanted / needed answers right away. The moment she saw him she knew exactly what it was. I was very pleased with our visit from the moment we walked through the door, the receptionist knew who we were, the wait was not long, the MA was nice, & Dr. Guidry was very thorough. Highly recommend ! -GGreen

The new staff member that helps with the glasses is amazing! On another note, Dr. Guidry does not strive to help patients to her fullest. Patients with chronic conditions should be reviewed further and personally contacted rather than the patient having to contact to find out about results. Full details are not given which can lead to miscommunication when having to pass the information to another provider or just to have the knowledge. FMLA requests should be considered based on the patients medical history and recent visit rather than just breezing through it to give back to the nurse. I observed one review that mentioned the surprise bill and now the bills are being mentioned prior to being seen. Overall, disappointed in the last visit.

They are very personable, professional. I recommend anyone to go see , Dr. Guidry she takes her time answer's your questions.

Excellent customer care and very professional! I've been to several different vision centers in the past 10 years across multiple states, and I have to say, this is by far the best experience I've ever had! Very professional staff, super clean facility, and overall, a very positive experience. Even though I was skeptical of going to progressive lenses again (had a horrible experience in North Carolina with these) the technicians provided a very thorough explanation of everything and were very precise with the required measurements. After getting my glasses in, I was floored with how clearly I could see everything from long distance to up close reading and everything in between. So, big kudos to Emily 1, Emily 2, Miss Theresa, and of course the O.D. who provided my examination. I will be recommending this place of business to everyone! Y'all are fantastic!

Unacceptable wait times for an appointment. I was told today it would be five months to see the doctor.

I had my first appointment today and was highly impressed! Everyone was very kind, patient, and professional. And incredibly efficient! We felt welcome from the moment we walked in and were tended to with such great care. I was worried because I had to bring my 4 year old with me to my appointment, but the staff, nurses, and doctor were so friendly and considerate of her. The ladies in optical were amazing and I had a great time trying on frames. They didn't rush me, were incredibly kind, and made shopping for glasses fun lol. I greatly appreciated the assistance (and honest opinions on frames ) and how thorough they were when explaining what my insurance covers and what options were available to me. I'm so glad I tried Iberia Vision Center! We'll be sticking with them. Y'all come get your eyeballs checked out over here!

Very professional staff, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Green was very engaging and explained everything. Showed me what she was seeing and explained what images meant. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility. No long waiting. **Update** 10/2018 went back to their new location a lil over a year later..Love the new building. Still same welcoming attitude and staff is great..Dr Green rocks

This place could be better.. The receptionist need not call everyone 'Boo'. It is annoying. The dr walked into the exam room and did not introduce herself. This was my first visit with her and had no idea who she was... This is only to help improve customer relations.
