I'm not sure if there's new management or what but this is the best & smoothest experience I've had thus far! Julie & Andrea were amazing! So helpful, patient & kind. I will be back with my son so that he can get an exam!

I went here and saw Dr. Trahan. This was he best experience ever! This was my first time and I highly and fully recommend it. All the staff are friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My visit was seamless and efficient. There is a large selection of glasses as well. The contact selection is extensive and Dr. Trahan makes you feel super comfortable and welcomed. She has a perfect manner with her patients (as well as the first technician). The last time I had my eyes looked at was traumatic and offensive in Texas. The provider consistently called me old and did not want to recognize my allergic reaction. It staved me off for going back. Here, everyone is kind and professional. They help you find what you need without being pushy or insulting. If you need to get your eyes checked out, go here. There are also awesome specials for glasses. I look forward to going back and being a loyal customer (even if I have to drive those hundreds of miles). Great service is worth it.

The general manager Julie is very rude! She stated to me that my box of contacts should've lasted me 7 months but that wasn't her business nor place to tell me that all because I asked for a trail pair! She also asked me "don't you have eye glasses?" Yes I do but once again not her place nor business! She basically tried to belittle my request you shouldn't treat customers that way. If the answer is no then it's no but all the extra talking to me like she's my mom is a no go! I contacted corporate and now I'm doing this review so that my experience is known!

Out of all the locations JULIE WAS THE ABSOLUTE HANDS DOWN THE BEST to treat me with with respect, very knowledgeable at that. Clearly these one star reviews are false claims. Tell them Andiee sent you. Hands down the best location!

Not sure if they had a changed in management but this was the best customer service I received in a long time ! Algiers location ro be exact! I don't mind doing business with them over and over again !

I came in last minute for an updated prescription and glasses. The ladies and doctor were patient and nice to me. Thank you Danyielle!

Daisha and Melinda have been absolutely wonderful. Let me just tell you that their level of customer service could be taught all over the country as a masterclass. I'm here on a work trip and I ran out of contacts. I called in and explained my situation and Daisha took time to explain exactly how I could order more for my trip. When I came in to give my prescription in person, Melinda made sure I had a contingency pair of contacts just in case. As a rule from now on, I will only be coming to America's Best for any of my optical needs in the future. Best prices, locations everywhere, and phenomenal customer service.

These people were the best, especially Julie! My wife will do a review also, but they were able to get her some contact at the drop of a dime ! She forgot her contacts at home, in a different state. We definitely wanted to give them their flowers.
