I have been going here for about 5 years. I love the service you get. Everyone treats you with kindness and respect. Dr Bolton is fabulous. He makes you feel so at ease. Talks to you like a friend. I have recommended him to many of my friends. They love going to him also.

I shared this with the office and sharing the same message via Google Reviews: Never have I ever had such a horrible experience in a doctor's office. 1. My appt was at 2PM; didn't see the Dr. until 4PM 2. I had to cancel an existing 4PM appt that was elsewhere 3. No apologies of the long wait time from any of the staff 4. The dilated wait room was extremely uncomfortable: one person on their phone scrolling and watching videos, another person texting without the phone being silent so I heard clicks for every letter, another person was clearly visiting the wrong Dr. as he was coughing, sneezing; obviously with a cold or sinus infection. 5. The central station where the staff hung out was like a circus - non-stop loud chatter and laughing and cutting up without any respect to the patients or the entire office. Needless to say, I will NOT be back. I will report this experience to the doctor who recommended this office. Ya'll take care now.

Courteous and lovely staff. The professionals were terrific. No shortcuts. A superior experience. I felt exremely well taken care of. I will never go anywhere else.

NOES is efficient, thorough and KIND. Empathy is the missing ingredient in many medical practices. Not so here. Dr. Hendricks and all of the professionals surrounding him seem to genuinely like their jobs, and it shows. Shout out to your girl in the eyeglasses/contacts department! A consummate and experienced pro who helps you look your best.

I have been going here for a very long time and the Drs are the best. The techs are so sweet, it the front office in Metairie is very rude. The phone operator is clueless. But I can bypass this because the drs and office techs are knowledgeable and very nice.

I'm been seen by Dr. Clifford Hendricks at New New Orleans Eye Specialist since 2003. His passion for his craft/skill has never changed. His patient care and bedside manner speaks well of the person he is. He performed LASIK on my eyes in 2006. Yes 2006 for my mono vision. I've worn glasses since 8 years old and the freedom of not having 20/20 vision 20 years later, well let me say, "It's Been CLEAR".I had an appointment 2 days ago. Dr. Hendricks examine my eyes and when he didn't marvel about his work, I said to him, so you didn't see the flaps and his response was, "Oh, that's right". He then took closer look and his response was, "WoW, I can't see them". I hope he doesn't retire but that's just wishful thinking.

I have been going to New Orleans Eye Specialists for decades. I recently had my annual eye exam with Dr Lina Al- Dujali. I also saw her last year. She is so kind, knowledgeable and personable. I received top rate care. Also, it is very convenient that they have an eyeglasses store located in their office and hitch works with my insurance. I found that Brandie Esermqn, the Optician is very good at her job. However, most importantly, she will give you her honest opinion! She's not out to just make a sale. She wants you to find glasses that you'll love.
