The best experience i ever had. This was my first time here and everyone was warm and efficient. Zada was so funny and very thorough. Courtney, who helped me pick out the best glasses was so fun and patient. Dr Beam was beyond thorough and patient. This place of business was an absolute pleasant to come to and would highly recommend anyone to come here!

I've been going here for years before they were bought out by the chain. The doc is good and they have nice frames, but I was pretty disappointed today when I found out that they can't accept my most recent exam with them because it was barely over a year old (some idiotic LA law). I have a PA address, so I was hoping to get them ordered and sent there so I can use my recent RX. Nope. They had no interest in helping. Every other state (ones that aren't last in everything) accept a prescription within two years. So, it's safer for me to use my old, outdated glasses than upgrading.

Horrible experience. Staff is full of attitude and was not helpful at all. Technician answering for the Optometrist is not the way the appointment should have gone. They refused to get me a visual exam which what my appointment was, unless I do a medical exam due to experiencing discomfort in my eyes. The discomfort was visual not medical. So disappointed.
