The office manager is horrible at handling business. Katherine lied to me about eye exam details. I explained that I need to take an alternative test to the machine. She said that I couldn't "cherry-pick". The phone conversation was recorded. She then lied afterwards saying that she didn't say that. Clearly, she is creating a toxic environment. She was combative. I called and booked an exam with a different local eye doctor that was recommended - their attitude was helpful and they happily did offer the alternative test. The pricing for this company was hundreds of dollars less than what Katherine quoted. Interestingly, the price points (for the same exact contacts) I was quoted by Katherine are MUCH higher than other reputable local options. I called to leave a complaint with the doctor, so that the doctor understands that Katherine is ruining their business with her poor customer service and is now losing clients. Katherine refused to let me leave a message for the doctor. Another person answered the phone, I was willing to leave the message with them. Katherine intercepted and argued with me and hung up on me. Terrible business practice. Go to another eye doctor business with an office manager that actually cares about their patients and knows which alternative tests are available without harassing clients for having health issues that prevent such tests. I hope the doctor actually reads this so that they can hire better office management.

When I asked for my glasses that they DID NOT tell me where in, after WAITING 20 min the blonde lady told me bc I didn't come get glasses when they came in, per policy they are supposed to send them back & NOT give glasses to me! These are frames that I already OWN! I played her game just to get my glasses...I wish they would stop calling me for new appointment already....

In town for the festival and totally forgot bringing a pair of contacts replacement with me. Thank goodness for MyeyeDr!!! They gave me a replacement without charging me!! Such a sweet gesture and save my day...and the weekend!!
