Eye Deal Optical

I had my first appointment at Eye Deal today and am so happy I chose them for my eye care needs! Everyone on staff is wonderfully kind, the location is easy to find, and they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. Making an appointment was easy, and they even take my insurance! I will be a regular patient from now on. Thanks, Eye Deal!

I love Eye Deal, Dr. Kennedy, Shon, and Mike or whatever his name is. The service is great, generally timely, and always comes with a smile and a few laughs courtesy of Mike ( or whatever his name is). I've been coming here for years and with or without insurance the glasses are stylish and reasonably priced. Eye Deal is definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. I'd recommend Eye Deal over any of the chains in the area; VW, Stan, AB all pale in comparison.

The staff and Dr are nice and all but I have been seriously unsatisfied with them. They originally examined me and gave me a prescription for glasses/contacts that was just wrong. I couldn't see with them and eventually they told me to come back in. They re-examined me and gave a a new (totally different) prescription and told me they would order me a trial pair of contacts because they didn't have any in stock to give me. Fast forward two weeks and I call them to check on trial pair and they inform me THEY NEVER EVEN ORDERED THEM, then tell me that the fastest they can get some in for me will be another 7 days. So I'm stuck waiting--and not being able to see, and therefore drive etc. --for 3 weeks for something that I could literally have delivered to my door in 24hrs if they would just have given me my prescription (which of course they won't do). All and all they have been pleasant to me but the unprofessional and just plain wrong services I have received has been incredibly frustrating.

My family and I have patronized Eye Deal Optical since pre-Katrina. Dr. Kennedy and her staff are professional, personable, and friendly. The frame selection is great and the staff does a really good job in customizing your fit. I can't see myself bringing our business anywhere else.

I have been going to Eye Deal Optical since before Katrina when they were located on Tulane Ave. The staff is very professional and friendly. They have a great selection of eyeglasses and I always get compliments on my eyeglasses from there.

Dr Kennedy and the Eye Deal staff are Family, at least that's the way they make me and everyone one who walk or roll through the door feel. I have been going to Eye Deal for over 20 years since Tulane Ave.

Everyone at this doctors office is very professional and very nice.

The Dr. Is very knowledgeable. Kind of dry. The staff is nice. The glasses selection is good as well as the location.
