My experience was very positive. I arrived ahead of time about 45 minutes ahead of time however, my wait time was really really short. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving there. The whole process was great, friendly, courteous, and professional staff ,just received my glasses a couple of days ago and everything is great. I appreciate their time and their professional listening.

GNO is the Best place in the city you can go to get your eyes examined. From walking in the door to signing in you are welcome by professional workers and Doctors they are the best in the city. What I like about this place is the doctors not money hungry. They are strictly about the patient. I strongly recommend this place if you need an Eye Specialist. Thank you Dr.G.C.Cangelosi " for my most wonderful loving experience at this place...( P.S.) Also the glass-wear they sell is fabulous how do yall like mines. The lovely lady at the is the Best. She's a very caring and wonderful person .thanks love for being sooo helpful with my eye-glasses.

My Dr. experience was great he was friendly knowledgeable .The young lady that waited on me for my eye glasses was very pleasant and helpful. When I picked up my glasses I did not wait long to get them.So I would say it was a good experience from the time I walked in for the Dr.appointment to getting my glasses till walking out with them. I would recommend Greater New Orleans Eye Physicians to my family and friends. You are doing and Excellent job and I appreciate the care I received as a new patient. Thank you to your staff!!!!

What a Hidden gem state of the art facility with professional staff and doctors very nice and helpful. Doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough It's a one stop shop Got my eye exam and ordered glasses all in the same place has parking everyone was friendly and helpful used my insurance prices are great so glad I found this place hope I can keep using them in the future would highly recommend them to anyone who needs eye care

I called GNO Optical multiple times over a 3-day period to make an appointment. An automated messaging system sent me to their appointments line and it rang and rang. There was no voicemail. I'm disappointed because I'm looking for an opthalmologist.

The initial dr visit was great. It's the eyeglass pickup process that needs to improve. I shouldn't have to make a second trip to get the necessary adjustments to my glasses.
