I want to give a huge thank you to Lynn for going above and beyond to assist me. Even though the system was down, she took the time to make sure I was able to get the optical information I needed for my kids. She was patient, kind, and very resourceful. Her dedication truly made a difference, and I really appreciate the extra effort she put in to help me. Excellent customer service!

I went in to look for a new designer frame recommendation of an outside doctor and I was yelled at and accused of stealing their frames. Bad attitude and customer service I'm glad that's not my doctor I would never go there. I am a very successful 39yr old woman I do not need someone to yell at me and accused of stealing for trying on their last seasons frames. Very rude and unprofessional

Eye glass dept. is horrible. They don't inform 1st time patients of their policies. They make multiple mistakes from setting line height to damaging lenses when installing them and stripping the threads on the frame. They refuse to give a refund after going back and forth for months and still not having glasses that are paid for. And my prescription still isn't correct.

Scheduled an appointment months in advance, the office called me the day before saying they need to reschedule which wasn't a problem except the next available appointment wasn't until the next month. Again not really a problem just a little inconvenient since I was running out of contact lenses. They started calling me to confirm the appointment a week prior, I confirmed it by phone and text. The Monday before the appointment someone from the office left a very harsh voicemail saying if I didn't confirm the appointment it would be canceled- I quickly called back and informed the receptionist I've already confirmed it twice but I was still going to the appointment. The day of the belle Chasse bridge was broken which caused me to be a little late, I called to inform the office I would be late but I was on my way and they informed me that if I was more than 15 minutes late I would forfeit my appointment and still have to pay. I got there just in time and the receptionist was incredibly rude to me as he checked me in. I still had to wait 15-20 minutes to see the doctor and he told me they didn't have my preferred brand of contract lenses but they would order them and would be in within the week. I've been waiting for over a month and still haven't heard back. I've called and left multiple messages but no one knows how to help me or returned my call. Beyond disappointed in this office and the rude staff that works for them.

Their very knowledgeable and good at what they do. From my multiple experience's there. Yet their eyewear is a little bit on the pricey but it's all good

I highly don't recommend. The staff is horrible.
