They were so sweet! My husband lost his contacts while we were visiting and needed a pair during our vacation. It was one of the few optometrist open on a Saturday and not too far from the French quarters. The staff could not have been kinder or more efficient. True southern hospitality. Thank you so much!

I have been a patient with Dr. Johnson's practice for only a few months. On a Saturday, I got something caught in my eye that wouldn't come out with any sort of flushing. Through her emergency line, Dr. Johnson walked me through a step by step process to deal with the issue. Her devotion saved me hours in an ER and I cannot recommend her enough just based on her kindness and professionalism alone.

First day was yesterday at this eye doctor. The services was excellent and when I say the employees are pleasant as well. I can't express how patient they were with me.

I am really upset I tried to schedule an appointment for next week and I was told only I could attend the appointment. I informed the receptionist that I have a six year old daughter and I am new to New Orleans and I have no one to watch her and I was told I had to reschedule my appointment. I have been to several appointments where they allowed me to bring my child. I don't understand how someone could tell a parent that. I was forced to schedule with another doctor.

Awful!!! I have been going to them for years however this time was absolutely awful. I got my eye exam and it's going on over 2 months. Never received glasses. I asked for my prescription for contacts. They refuse (which is illegal to do) to give me my prescription because they want me to buy contacts from them. I won't buy contacts from them if they can't even give me my glasses in a timely manor. Very unprofessional and I am truly disappointed in them.Will never go back. I basically got an eye exam with no contacts or eye glasses. I feel ripped off and will be taking this up further.

Dr. Johnson is thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and gave the best of care. She carefully listened to my concerns and was gracious with her time. I am certain I have a new Optometrist from now on. Highly recommend.

Dr. Johnson is an amazing professional. She takes care of patients really well and I have loved her services since about 10 years when I started seeing her.
