KREWE Lower Garden District

I had the best experience with Wade and Miranda at the LGD Krewe store. They took great care repairing my favorite pair of sunglasses and then spent time helping me choose two new pairs that I'm obsessed with! The vibe was fun, welcoming, and relaxed, and their expertise really showed. Customer service like this is hard to find--thank you both!

Regan was exceptional, quick and easy purchase. They have a strong warrenty and since I am from Manhattan she said i could always stop in to fix/replace them which is refreshing that some brands still do that.

I recently visited the store on Magazine to get repairs on two different pairs of sunglasses. I was greeted by Lanie who was able to assist me in repairing one pair easily, but was having problems with the second pair as a broken screw was lodged in where a new hinge needed to go. She offered me a la croix (nice gesture!) while I waited and she diligently worked on repairing the second pair. After much hard work on her part, we decided they couldn't be repaired. She asked for my information just incase and I went on my way. She contacted me about a week later and said she found some new parts that might be able to fix the glasses, and asked me to come back in. I was so impressed that she followed up with me and was set on repairing my glasses, that type of service is very difficult to find. When I went back in the store, the glasses proved to once again be difficult, so she asked for me to leave them and that they'd be shipped to me upon repair. I just received the glasses less than 2 days later - good as new! Lanie went way above and beyond all expected customer service, and is obviously incredibly knowledgeable about all KREWE products. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share my amazing experience with her, and I hope she is recognized within the company as well. Thanks Lanie!

Their styles are great and their prices are reasonable, but their service after the sale is abysmal. When I purchased my frames I was told they would be shipped to me within two days. Two days pass and I call the number on the website. They explain that this phone number doesn't have any information and I have to call the store. The store is constantly busy, but I am able to get through only to be told that actually it takes 7-10 days for them to ship. Fast forward to 10 days later and I am informed that half my order has a problem, but not to worry! They'll overnight it and give me a discount on my (at this point unlikely) future order. Finally, a full 14 days after my initial purchase, I received a shipping notification that half of my order has been shipped and I can expect delivery 17 days after ordering. No ETA at all on the other half that was improperly manufactured. UPDATE (3 weeks post-order): The other half of my order had to go back to be redone AGAIN. No one informed me of this in any way until I called the store for an update. Still no shipping date in sight.

I visited this Krewe location yesterday and the customer service was excellent! I don't live near a Krewe store and this was my first time going to one and Margaret was so helpful and fun to talk to. I worked for a glasses company in the past and she was so informative that I'd say anyone would be in good hands with her. Stop by this Krewe on Magazine St.!

Amazing experience! Marcus helped me and I was able to find the perfect sunglasses for My birthday! Very patient and even wrote down some styles for me to remember in the future! Would definitely go back!

Love Krewe glasses! The in-store experience is great, from the Rose/Frose to the service. I have to give a shout out to Blake. I visited the store on Magazine and on Royal several times - shopping for myself and bringing friends to shop. Blake was AWESOME! He was super helpful at helping us pick out styles to try on and fitting the glasses. He was also just great to talk to and made the experience even better!

Wonderful store and staff! I came in right before they closed on Valentine's Day to buy a last minute gift and the woman who served me was extraordinary friendly and helpful. The store itself is beautiful and they really do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend you shop locally here for any and all of your glasses needs.
