M. Tere Vives, M.D.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tere Vives. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Her expertise truly shows. The staff was also very kind and polite, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Everyone was attentive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Dr. Tere Vives and her team for anyone looking for quality eye care.

My scheduled appointment for my two year old was for 10:30. We arrived early and weren't brought into a room until nearly noon. Finally at 1 after still not being seen, we walked out. Other patients were scheduled even earlier and still had not been seen by the time we left. Dr Vives had not even arrived until after 10:30. She lacks professionalism and respect for patients time. Clinic is FILTHY yet they require you pay $1 for a mask, ironic.

Dr. Tere Vives offers the best care you can get for your money. She is professional, kind, and extremely thorough, always taking time to explain everything clearly. You never feel rushed, and you leave confident you received top-level care. Highly recommended.

She saved my sight and my life and that was on my first visit. I am so thankful for this Dr. This is the best Dr around and no other Dr like her. I am so thankful and blessed to have my life and sight. This Dr knows what she is doing and can find the problem when others Drs can't. My family would drive hours away to take me to see her. She is the best Dr.

Dr Vives and her staff are super sweet, and it's very obvious that they care about their patients. I went to a few doctors regarding my eyes, and Dr. Vives was the most courteous and informative of all of them.

Dr Vives is the best of the BEST . She see's my son since his Anoxic Brain Injury. You will wait sometimes up to 1-2 hrs but she takes her time looking at you and explaining everything. Why would you want to rush in and out when your EYE SIGHT is everything. Staff is kind .

Ppl complaining about the wait times should understand she is the only Neuro ophthalmologist around and is booked out 7 months in advance so if ur getting an appt, u are probably getting worked in. So prepare to wait. She takes very complicated cases and those take time. I'm a health care physician and I went undiagnosed for 6 months until I saw Dr. Vives. She gave me a diagnosis on the first visit but it took 2 hours to get that diagnosis. She is very thorough! Yes her office is outdated. I'd rather have the best doctor and an outdated office than the best office and an outdated doctor! She is the best in her field. Prepare to wait but she is definitely worth the wait!

I was sent to her by a neurologist. She was very nice and seemed capable. I waited about an hour in the absolute worst doctor's office I've ever been in with peeling paint etc. Then I was put in a room with antiquated medical equipment that looked like it was from the 1940's. I would not recommend. Cleanliness should be important to a medical facility. I keep my house much cleaner and nicer and I am not wealthy.
