Love the people and the place! The second location is incredibly convenient, and the office is absolutely stunning. The frame selection is extensive, offering options for every budget. The entire staff is highly professional, and Kasey stands out for her patience and dedication when assisting with frame selection. She ensures you are completely satisfied with your choice. I always receive so many compliments on my frames. I have recommended Primary Eye Care to numerous people and will continue to do so!

I bought a pair of glasses from them a month ago. They were supposed to arrive in two weeks. It's been a month since the purchase, and they've been closed every time I drove by and every time I called. I understand taking off a day or two before and after the holidays, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Where's the communication? Customer service? I mean, I've paid for a product and received nothing in return. What's really good???

Love the people! Love the place! A fabulous second location; very convenient; the office is absolutely beautiful; the frame selection is almost endless & suited for everyone's budget & taste. Kasey, what can I say? Kasey is very professional & patient when assisting with frame selection and ensures you are happy with your frame selection (after trying on 20 different frames). To add to it all, your glasses arrive very timely. I have recommended Primary Eye Care to numerous people.

I really enjoyed my experience at Primary Eye Care. I had a few concerns about an eye issue and they got to the bottom of it very quickly. They were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and I appreciate that they have multiple locations, which made it easier to make an appointment close to work.

They never answer phone calls even when called during office hours. The phone number called is for the uptown location from their website. Edit: This location is not open all the time. I went to their other location and would recommend it.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Johnson and her staff. They offer a variety of frames to choose from, parking and it's conveniently located.

The new location is really nice, with the same knowledgeable, friendly staff. The service and selection of eyewear is amazing? This will definitely be the only place for me and family eye care needs.

I brought some eyeglasses name brand Calvin Klein glasses for $480 and they told me I cannot get a replacement pad because the side frame had rust on the side and they only gave me a year warranty but I have not had the glasses that long for them to rust on the side I paid out of pocket for those glasses so I am looking into contacting somebody that's over them or the company they told me to call no answer no respond and they do not want to give me my money I would never go to them again in I thought it was a good company to go to get my eyes checked and some nice glasses I only had the glasses six months to a year somebody please tell me where did I go wrong at I don't remember them telling me about anything for as a warranty has only a year and I could not bring them back and get my money back if something was to go wrong with the eyeglasses the time I have them in my possession
