This WP location is amazing. Jess was extremely helpful from the selection of my frame and lenses to handling my insurance to maximize its benefits. The location is clean and visually appealing while the employees are friendly and straightforward. I'd highly recommend this location since it's much larger compared to the Lakeside location.

I can't stress enough how great my experience was today. The employees were friendly and helpful and able to answer all of my questions easily. They suggested flattering frames and colors. One associate went as far as to print out an insurance claim form and fill most of it out for me... now THAT is customer service! I'll never shop for glasses anywhere else. I told her I was looking at WP's online and the prescription was at home on my desk. She refused again to take a simple measurement. I thought going in person would be a better experience than using an app but looks like I was wrong. I'll shop elsewhere.
