Seeking an opportunity to have my Glasses repaired I visited Dr. Van Christian. The young lady at the counter presented as personable pleasant and genuinely wanting to be helpful! Horrible Customer Service. I showed up early for a 9:30 appointment and at 10:00 i asked if it would be much longer, and she replied smugly that it shouldn't be too much longer. So at 10:30 i decided that dealing i with a Dr. office that has no consideration for its customers... customers time is not a place that deserves my business. I would recommend that you look for any other options before settling for this place. So now thanks to them i have to go back to another waiting list and take more time off from work. Thanks alot.
