Don't go see this optometrist! Please read the entire review.During my eye exam I explain to them that I couldn't see clearly and that my vision issues fluctuated from day to day. I was there for an exam for contact lenses. They explained that they took my insurance did my exam and whenever my prescription was ready they said we take your insurance but not the program that pays for the contact lenses which everyone else that I've spoken with including the ones that I ended up getting my contacts from said that that's they shouldn't have taken me as a patient at all since they couldn't provide me with the eye where I need it. I would never in a million years suggest anyone to go see her. She is a very pleasant doctor but their practices leave a lot to be desired. Instead of just telling me they couldn't order my contacts and letting me find another eye doctor they got their money's worth and then passed me off. Don't let this happen to you. In all likelihood they won't leave this post up because it's portraying them in a negative light. If they do have the guts to leave it up they're going to try to explain it away as me being a difficult patient or it was just the glitch in there computer but of course they will not take responsibility for it and didn't whenever I spoke with them in person. Curious to find out if it stays on the the reviews and also curious if they decide that a patient is worth contacting to resolve the issues that you have with them.

I truly love the patience, understanding and the time she takes with her patients. She asked them questions, explain to them if it is something that they don't understand and she really shows alot of love for them. The other staff are just the same and they are very friendly and respectful. Thank You God for her and her staff.

She very polite and well advanced in her expertise she explains everything that going on with your eyes and recommend certain things to do to help your vision and she takes her time and answer each question to the best of her knowledge

She is very very thorough and if you need more than can do for you She will refer you to the right doctor.

I am a new patient and I was blown away at the service. Everyone I encountered was nice and very informal. I had an amazing experience and I loved all the extra tips and information that Dr. Tate-Brasseaux gave me with caring for my contacts and my vision in general. I would highly recommend her. Amazing first impression.

Always caring & checking everything. Seeing were the problem is & getting it fixed right. Great workers also there.

Misread my appointment date for my annual checkup. They were able to fit me in the schedule.
