Never had eye problems in my life so I went into this knowing nothing. Was ready and waiting when I arrived. I was worried that seeing a doctor at Walmart would be... well, not the best. I was pleasantly surprised and can't imagine it being better anywhere else. First of all, while it might sound stupid, I had no idea there's actually a full sized doctor's office behind the glasses store; it didn't seem skimped on at all. Every question I had was answered so I could understand what was being done, and he was very patient even as I struggled to give answers (picking between different vision slides, etc). He even stayed and chatted with me for 15 minutes afterwards to answer other questions I had. I get that going to the doctor at Walmart has a bit of a stigma around it, I've never done it myself and only did because it was so close and I have no history with eye issues, but everything was great and I'll be returning if I have any further issues. Plus, the visit was only $60. The price can change, so it may not always be that, but it was a big plus.

I have been two three "great...high dollar" eye doctors over the last 15 years and not one was able to get the prescription right. Finally, one took the time and nailed it. I can see great now and I am very grateful.

Dr. brian is CURRENTLY 31 minutes late to his first appointment at Walmart Vision Center. There's THREE people waiting for HIM. Very unprofessional as his 3 person stuff has no idea where he is or when he will show up. He hasn't called to explain his lateness... Will NOT be coming back. We pay you for a service and you just don't give a crud about your clients.
