Amazing experience with my three grown sons!!!

The receptionist and the lady over billing were the best thing in the whole office even if they weren't too knowledable about certain things in the office. They verified both my insurances and told me that they accepted both. I was directed to the cheapest, flimziest frames in the office and was told it was the only thing my insurance would cover, which is a lie. Our private insurance (our primary) covers up to $300 per family member. I had to ask the receptionist who was suppose to be helping us because the optometrist that was sitting at the desk ignored us the whole time we were there until we found a pair of frames my daughter liked. I sat down to make the order and the lady rudely tells me that she can't file under my primary because there's no vision coverage and we can only use our medicaid that's our secondary, but it won't cover the frames she picked. The idea of paying the extra wasn't a problem so I couldn't understand why she wouldn't out how much we would owe. She just acted like she didn't want to be bothered with it at all. I get a representative on the phone for my primary to verify we have vision coverage and the woman lies to the representative by telling her that she told me that they didn't take my primary insurance. So to conclude, I will never step foot into their office because of their unprofessionalism and rude staff.

Told staff that I was only in Ruston for a week and they fit me in the next morning. Had examination and found out i have cataracts. Dr Floyd got me an appointment the next day with an associate surgeon for pre op consultation. Very professional and great service.

The whole staff was wonderful my little girl loves everyone there.
