Great customer service. My entire experience from the appointment, to ordering my contacts was seamless. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, explaining my insurance benefits, and helping me get the best value. They had a great selection of frames and lens choices, and even got a pair of glasses for backup. Will definitely be back!

Quez was a big help! he even informed me about my vision insurance & all that it covered & i had no idea. & made sure i had a paper script w out asking. never had any other office do that. the ophthalmologist was the sweetest (forgot her name). & savana, just as sweet as Quez! them 3 made a big impact on my visit & will be returning

Just riding the clock!! No customer service. Called. Answered phone on speaker phone. I really couldn't hear or understand what she was saying. I asked if they had any appointments available. She replied no. Didn't try to offer a different day or time. I guess she figure Walmart gets enough money!

Called and got put on hold for half of a hour. Hung up called back and no one answered. Was told Wal Mart takes my insurance but the doctor doesn't so I'd have to pay for the exam when my insurance says it covered by my provider....what sense does that make? 0/10 recommend this place.
