Vision Center

This is a revision of my rating. I called yesterday asking about insurance coverage and they were extremely helpful because I'm still new to that kind of thing. Unfortunately, my insurance didn't cover what I needed so the call was ended. Now the problem starts. I called them a few hours later with a question but when I introduced myself again, they immediately hung up. I called back a few seconds later and said "you just hung up on me" and the receptionist didn't say a word and again hung up. My original review was 2 stars. Earlier this morning I received a call, to which I was unable to answer, from the same receptionist from the day prior saying the reason I got "hung up on" was because of internet problems. This is a 1 star review because internet problems don't let you introduce yourself then cut you off in the middle of your sentence, then let you pick up another call literally SECONDS later. That was the saddest attempt I've ever seen of someone trying to remove a not so good review. I will not be changing this again.

I do not recommend anyone, to do business here , I received a pair of glasses from this business middle/late April. The glue on my glasses DID NOT LAST. I don't understand how they came apart but , the lady at the front desk blamed me and said I had to be pulling on them or something, which is very disrespectful, she didn't offer any help , just told me that it's nothing they can do and I will have to pay 129 dollars for a new pair. When I asked to speak with a doctor or someone over her, she said oh they're just going to tell you the same thing. The lady at front desk's told me that my glasses wasn't covered for a warranty and I've spoke to my insurance company and they have informed me that information is false, in fact I'm covered for a year warranty after I receive my new pair of glasses.

Outstanding customer service with a genuine desire to assist. Kurt, Shirley, Megan & Rachel are tremendous. From the moment you walk in to the finished frames & lense fitting. Onsite lab made it quick & easy, I highly recommend!

Everyone was very welcoming, professional and amazing. In & out within an hour.

By far the best Vision center I have ever been to. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Would highly recommend them!

I can't brag on the staff and Dr. anymore than you can imagine. Best place in town for all your eye care.

Such a great staff n high tech equipment that pinpoints the problems.. Dr takes time to talk to you n explains the problems n suggests what you need to do I recommend this place to others
