I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters thanks to Cassie. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She went above and beyond to make sure everything fit comfortably and looked great on me. Her patience, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole process so smooth and enjoyable.
It's rare to come across someone who truly takes pride in their work and cares about their customers the way Cassie does. Today, I went into Lens Crafters for an eye exam and new glasses. For the eye exam, the front desk lady (I wish I had gotten her name for the review, she has beautiful colored hair) was an absolute delight and very kind. The doctor was also a nice guy. I had a terrific experience with my exam. Then I had Jordy assist me in helping to pick out my glasses. He's such a sweetheart and he's amazing at his job. He's very patient and kind. He helped me get the exact pair of glasses that I wanted. I also got a pair of sunglasses, which Jordy had picked out and I fell in love with them. He was even kind enough to clean my current glasses and tighten them up. Then entire staff at Lens Crafters has always been super delightful and I've never had any issues with them. I'm so glad that I finally have insurance who deals with Lens Crafters because they make the BEST glasses. They are absolutely worth every penny. Thank you to the Lens Crafters staff for taking care of me today. I cannot wait to pick up my new Ray Bans glasses and Ralph Lauren sunglasses!! :)

from start to finish with an eye exam to purchasing glasses is really easy and convenient. The eye doctor was quick and before you know it; i was buying new glasses. The female rep that sold me a few sets of glasses with lenses and sunglasses with lenses was very knowledgeable and compared prices with in store savings versus insurance and i was able to save through the instore promotions. She took her time to also determine if just purchasing lenses for my frames were cheaper than buying a whole new pair of frames as well. I am happy that she took the time out to try and save me as much money as possible
