The Eye Clinic

These guys schedule a 1pm and ask you to come 30 minutes early for paperwork knowing full well their door is locked until 1pm. You then usher in with the 14 other people that have a 1pm appointment. When you get called up for the 'paperwork' there is no paperwork. You get to consider all the signs taped to the walls telling you to remind the staff that you've checked in over 15 minutes ago while they verbally ask for private information in front of all 14 other people. This place is a dumpster fire.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Primeaux with my children, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and attention we received. She made sure my kids felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire eye exam. The only downside to our visit was the lack of cool air conditioning in the office, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Primeaux to any parent looking for an eye doctor.

Very friendly staff. I a great a great Dr and nurse. And a wonderful women who helped me pick out glasses. I haven't been able to see for close to 8 years and I just got the money to get an appointment and new frames after using cheaters I could barely see out of. For 8 years! I got my glasses a couple of days ago and I've never felt more alive. I can see again. It was a beautiful experience. And I'm so happy the drs were able to give me that happiness back.

Terrible.... They got my prescription wrong not once but twice. I don't even think I want to try a third time. They didn't do proper procedure for my exam. Some of the staff wasn't the nicest. They are ALWAYS over booked and your waiting time is at least an hour. Just terrible service overall... highly disappointed.

I have been trying to get someone to call me back for two days, I have left 4 messages, and cannot get them to call me back. Meanwhile my son is having headaches and can't see without his glasses. I placed the order for his glasses and even paid extra for fast shipping, but the order can't be processed until they call me back with a number that is missing on his prescription. I tried to explain this to them when I was leaving the 3rd message but they do not care. I get that businesses get busy but find it hard to believe that in two days they didn't have 3 available minutes to call me back. The service is disgusting and we will not be coming back here

Doctor/nurse are decent. Other than that, this place is running very poorly and overbooked. Don't recommend this place: 1. The place is very overbooked despite of COVID - at least 25 people waiting in a small lobby. 2. At least 1 hr wait from the apointment time to see a nurse(I've been here twice) 3. Then takes 30 min to see a doctor. So expect 2-3 hours for simple annual eye exam. 4. Front desk workers seemed overworked and not friendly at all. They seem to not care much. Possibly due to poor management. 5. Contact lenses prescription will cost additional $120 even with your insurance. They tell you after you complete your exam.

Every time I've been there the docs and nurses are efficient and nice. The front desk and wait times are intolerable. The very worst is the department that picks and orders the glasses. It's a shame to lose a good doctor due to staff be he is the one responsible for his support staff.

Visited with these guys on Tuesday, June 9th. I had direct interaction with 6 different employees. All were very professional, courteous, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better team of individuals to take care of my eye care needs. If I had one complaint, it would have been that the waiting room temperature was a little to the warm side. (especially having to wear face mask for Covid-19 protection) All in all, I won't hesitate to visit them again.
