as I was leaving the office manager yelled across the store and said " can't wait to hear from Amerihealth".

I've been going to Eyecare Center Westbank for many years. The staff is always welcoming and pleasant. The wait is never long. Dr Vincent takes the time to explain everything in terms that I can understand and actually listens to my concerns! I can't say that about of doctors these days. Thanks for making this an easy annual appointment to keep.

This was my first visit and the staff and Dr were very professional. The technician who helped me picked out my frames and do my prescription options was very helpful and honest. She gave me options and her personal opinion was very helpful to me. I had a great experience. The technician at the front desk who helped me was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr Vincent was very knowledgeable and helpful with his options that he suggested to me.

I am happy going here for eye care services.
The exam techs are friendly and warm, and especially good with my younger child.
The doctors are top-notch; friendly and compassionate. Thorough without being pushy, if that makes sense.
My only complaint/concern is with the glasses techs, who sometimes can be brusque.
There is one in particular, with long blonde hair, who was short and almost rude with me and my children, and tried to convince my younger child to select glasses in a different color than the one he initially picked out. She also spoke to me instead of the kids, which would be understandable if they were little, but they are 16 & almost 12.

Found this place on Google while I was eating breakfast... Breakfast was great by the way lol! I was a little stressed out because I'm not from here and I was uncertain about eye glass centers. I was greeted with a super friendly smile and a welcome in. The front desk gave me peace of mind instantly. After a very short wait Brittney one of the eye wear specialists came over and helped me out. She had very great customer service and was very knowledgeable. Super duper big shout out at Brittney thank you so much for your help!
