One of the plastic nosepads broke off from my glasses (purchased elsewhere, years ago). On short notice and at no charge, Peter not only fixed my glasses, but improved comfort with a better quality nosepiece, ensured a proper fit, and even cleaned the lenses upon return. Very kind and professional.

Recently, I had a pair of glasses break and I ordered the frames on line to replace them myself. I ran into an issue and needed a screw inserted back into the new frames. I took my glasses here and they took the time (about 20 minutes) to get the screw back in and they did not charge me even though I am not a patient or client.

Although I'm a little buyest - I designed Peter Nesin Optician's website - I've also know Peter for several years including singing with him in the tenor section of the Penobscot Bay Singers and as a customer.
Peter is one of the nicest person I have met. Always positive and ready to help, very professional and meticulous. When I need a new pair of glasses or sun clips, I simply go to him, right here in Belfast rather than driving to the mall.
On two other occasions he assisted my parents who were visiting us from Europe and twice broke their glasses/sunglasses on two separate trips (what are the odds?). Peter was able to repair them in no time.

Very pleasant to deal with, they have a lot of patience for those of us who can't make up their mind quickly about frames! Good selection of styles and they stand behind what they sell plus adjustments when needed. Wish they had some discount programs for the senior folks as they are a bit pricey, and it would be helpful if they had some Saturday hours or maybe one evening for the working folks.
