Brighton Eye Care

My experience with Brighton Eye Care was excellent. They gave me great customer service, they have latest equipment and they are affordable.

I like the doctor and staff help with frame selection there but I occasionally have bad experiences with their administration. I responded to their text messages today for an appointment, and the experience made me feel rude and unprofessional, which made me recall the experience when we called to initially set up account with this business 2 years ago. I called them instead and the lady picked up the phone was helpful.

Yesterday was my first visit here. The best experience I've ever had with an eye doctor. Dr. Russo was absolutely amazing! He explained all the tests and pictures taken. He didn't rush the appointment and made me feel very welcome! Very down to earth!! I am actually looking forward to next year's eye exam! Highly recommend!!

I called to schedule my second annual eye exam on 2/7/25 and was really disappointed. The person who answered the phone mentioned she was filling in because the receptionist was out sick, which I understood, but when there was a slight phone delay, she started complaining about me to someone nearby and swore under her breath multiple times without muting the line. Extremely unprofessional. I initially kept my appointment since they had the soonest availability, but a different staff member later texted to let me know I wasn't in-network, which I really appreciated (the one positive of my experience.) That allowed me to cancel, which was probably for the best. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible. I can't imagine complaining or swearing about a client while on the phone!

Thank you to the staff member today who retrieved my contacts even though the place was closed! It means so much as I am going on a trip tomorrow. THANK YOU!!!

I had my first appt.today and EVERYBODY (including the people at the front desk) was really nice and I felt super comfortable.I saw Dr.Russo and he was very nice too.I've already recommended them to my brother and my husband plans on switching over to Brighton Eye Care too.Great first impression!

One of the rudest practice managers I have ever met in my life. She has no respect for anybody and has no place being in management. I recommend she is fired from her role immediately. Her name is "Hope Onorato". It disgusts me they hire people this rude and disrespectful.

Had my first visit with Dr. Goulet last week and was very much impressed with her thoroughness in reviewing my history, with her expertise, and with her patient manner. She's terrific! In fact, the entire staff is very professional, accommodating, and friendly.
