Over six visits Dr Libby ran from 10 mins to usually 30 to 1 1/2 hours late, checked ringing cell phone, pushed expensive lens without explaining even though tech told him twice I decided no, appeared not to care. Post surgery problem took 4 calls before any response to my problems . Staff appears uncaring, unhappy. My new choice for second cataract is fabulous.

I can't speak highly enough of their ability to see past us as just "Patients" to the "People" we are and offer care & instruction accordingly.
