Great service & selection. Technology is consistently updated to the newest/best. The providers and staff are kind and helpful. There's been multiple occasions where I've needed urgent help. They've always made it work for me! I've been going to this location for years and I love it.

Every time I am at Eyes on Rosemont, there is such great energy, and incredible thoroughness - from the exams to the interactions to the way things are explained - top notch! Highly recommend Eyes on Rosemont for high quality and honed care where one feels valued and individualized!

This office is incredible! The team and Doctors were extremely professional and really take the time to get to know you. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable throughout the appointment. The entire team was super kind and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. They have a large selection of glasses and the newest technology contact lenses. I highly recommend Eyes on Rosemont!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I worked with Erin who is amazing. She was patient and honest. There were so many good frames to choose from. Thank you, Erin, for helping me choose the right frame for me. Her co-worker, whose name escapes me, he was extremely helpful and fun to work with too. I also want to add that each time I called to confirm an appointment, I was greeted by El who was so friendly and kind, and always made it a point to greet me by my name when I came in. Such a great experience. I highly recommend Eyes on Rosemont. They did not disappoint.

I've been coming to Eyes on Rosemont on Brighton Ave for years for routine eye exams for myself and my family. The staff and doctors here are wonderful--always kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They consistently make us feel at ease, and it's clear they truly care about their patients. I'm grateful to have found such a reliable place for our eye care needs!

I've been a patient here for years. They are very thorough with all aspects of the eye exam and patiently discuss all concerns along the way. The moment I walk through the door, it's positive. El initially greeted me and continued his friendly interactions. Caytlin provided the first part of the exam-she was terrific. I've experienced each of the Drs and have always had a great experience. I saw Dr. Charles Johnson for my recent visit. His calm and professional style is soothing and excellent. Sara is my go-to office pro! She knows all the products! I especially like that she offers to tweak/rehab my existing glasses each visit. She is engaged and helpful during the frame selection and fitting. Wonderful to work with! Overall, my experience at Eyes on Rosemont is consistently top-notch. I'm thankful to have found this practice!

My second eye check at this location. The waiting area was clean, receptionist was pleasant, as was other staff and the doctor. The doctor patiently explained my X-rays to me as well as explaining what my next course of action should be.

Dr. Johnson is excellent!! Very friendly and knowledgeable and explains every step of the exam. I got new frames and Drew was amazing !!! He took the time to show me different styles and what looked good on me !! The staff is very friendly and helpful even for second opinions on the choice of frames !!!!
